Other plus points include excellent cleaning service in the rooms and its restaurant with room service available all week (though more limited on Sundays and holidays).

Online reviews often criticize the lack of breakfast variety and noise from bars and nightclubs at night. On this I must repeat: the 70 is a place designed for exploring the city and going out to party.

My only warning — which by now you already know — is that Hotel Merlott can be noisy, especially in rooms facing directly onto the 70 corridor. Ask yourself: do you want partying or rest at night?
